1 Use of Information

Automatically Collected Information

As a general policy, no personally identifiable information — such as your name, address, or email address — is automatically collected during your visit to the Site. However, certain non-personal information is recorded by standard internet server operation, including your browser type, operating system, and IP address. This data is gathered solely to enhance your online experience.

Voluntarily Submitted Information

Our mailing lists, downloads, special offers, contests, registration forms, and surveys may ask for contact information (such as your name and email address), demographic information (such as your age and gender), and personal preferences. Information submitted through these forms will be used by CISSP Cyber Training only as necessary for our legitimate business interests, including improving our products, services, and site content.

We may share such information with trusted business and promotional partners to further those interests. Personally identifiable information is never sold or leased to any third parties.

With your permission, we may use your contact information to send you information about our products and services. You may opt out of receiving future communications at any time (see Section 8).

Payment and Credit Card Information

CISSP Cyber Training does not store credit card information except as strictly necessary to complete and satisfy its obligations with regard to a specific transaction or billing arrangement, or as otherwise authorized by the user. Payment processing is handled by our platform provider, Kajabi, and their designated payment processors.

2 Disclosure of Information

  • Third-party content providers: Third parties who provide or publish content via our Kajabi-powered site are considered data controllers for any personal data contained in that content. If you have questions about personal data within third-party content, please contact that provider directly. This Privacy Policy only covers processing for which CISSP Cyber Training is the data controller.

Important — Age Restriction CISSP Cyber Training recognizes its special obligation to protect the personally identifiable information of children. IF YOU ARE 16 YEARS OLD OR YOUNGER, PLEASE DO NOT SUBMIT ANY PERSONAL INFORMATION TO THIS SITE OR TO CISSP CYBER TRAINING.

We encourage parents to be actively involved in their children's online activities. Here are some tips for keeping children safer online:

  • Know the sites your children are visiting and which sites are appropriate for their age.
  • Review each website's privacy policy to understand how your child's information is handled.
  • Visit the FTC's website for more tips on protecting children's privacy online.
